- Schedule Ongoing Support CadenceWeekly check-ins via Slack huddles or Google Meet for first 90 days. Monthly franchisee roundtable calls. Quarterly performance reviews with Sam or Paul. TGG Accounting begins royalty processing & reporting.
Required Equipment Package
Standard equipment required for every Sunrise Shack location. All items must meet brand specifications.
Espresso Machine
Tiered by store volume. Dedicated grinder, calibrated daily. Common Room Roasters partnership.
Bunn Coffee Brewer
For drip coffee. Daily cleaning of brew funnel & decanter. Weekly deliming.
Bunn Grinder (G1 HD)
Bulk coffee grinder. Unplug before cleaning. Rice method for residual oils.
Vitamix Blenders (x2)
Two pitchers: nut-free & nut-containing. With silencer covers. Deep clean with vinegar.
Big Stick Immersion Blender
For 8-qt smoothie blends. Must have backup unit. Wash between flavors.
Panini Press
350°F for toasts. Daily cleaning SOP. Never use metal scrapers.
Refrigerated Prep Table (48")
2-door sandwich prep. Sanitize every 4 hours. Monthly coil cleaning.
Undercounter Refrigerator
Must maintain 41°F or below. Daily wipe, weekly gasket check.
Reach-In Freezer
0°F or below. Monthly defrost. For smoothie packs, acai, coconut milk.
Ice Machine
Clean every 6 months. Replace water filters per manufacturer. No-rinse sanitizer.
Square Register
Main POS terminal. All menu items controlled by corporate.
Square KDS Display
Kitchen Display System for order flow. Required at all locations.
Brinks SmartSafe
Automated cash counting & deposit. Camera coverage required near safe.
FloWater Machine
Filtered water for all beverages. Weekly exterior wipe, periodic filter maintenance.
3-Compartment Sink
Wash, rinse, sanitize. Required by health code. Drain & clean end of shift.
NSF Shelving
For dishes & dry goods. Food 6"+ above floor. Weekly wipe-down.
TV Monitor (HDMI)
Required for training videos during 6-day staff training program.
4ft Prep Table
Stainless steel. Sanitize every 4 hours during continuous use.
Approved Vendors
All franchise locations must order exclusively from corporate-approved vendors.
